Security Officer - Transit Hub Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a high-tech data center location by following post orders, site-specific policies, and security-related procedures, and by supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building interiors, equipment areas, loading and dock zones, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and control entry by checking credentials, logging visitors and/or vendors, issuing temporary badges, and directing individuals to the proper contacts in accordance with site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, unauthorized access attempts, and/or disturbances, and communicate updates to appropriate site contacts.;
Complete detailed reports and logs for patrol activity, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and coordinate with site teams and/or public responders as directed by post orders.
