Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a large technology facility;
Control access by verifying identification and authorization, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, and directing visitors to approved locations;
Respond to alarms, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, equipment areas, loading and delivery points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate pertinent information during shift hand-off
