Provide customer service to tenants, employees, vendors, and visitors;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing initial response, notifying appropriate contacts, and documenting actions taken;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, monitor cameras and/or alarms as assigned
