Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading and service areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying visitor identification and/or credentials per site procedures, and directing visitors to appropriate destinations.;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or site personnel.
