Security Officer - PT Night Watch Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials as required, directing visitors, and documenting visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity per site procedures.;
Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and maintenance observations, and communicate relevant updates to oncoming officers and/or site management.
