Provide customer service to site personnel, students, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct patrols of buildings, parking areas, athletic fields, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor entry processes, assist with sign-in procedures, and maintain orderly movement through entrances and common areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and calls for assistance, coordinating with site leadership and first responders;
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations in written reports and logs
