Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per site requirements;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee traffic, verifying authorization as required and escalating concerns through the chain of command;
Complete patrol logs and incident reports, communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and support security-related audits and compliance activities as assigned
