Pay Rate: $21.11 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
