Restoration Specialist

Location: Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland & Eastern Panhandle West Virginia

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commissions

As a Restoration Specialist, you will operate as a full-cycle revenue driver for both insurance restoration and retail remodeling projects. You will generate your own opportunities through canvassing, networking, referral partnerships, and community engagement. You will conduct property inspections, lead in-home consultations, present solutions, and close Installation Agreements and Retail Contracts.

You will own the client relationship from first conversation to signed agreement.

This role requires hustle, confidence, emotional steadiness, and the ability to close at a high level.

• Self-generate homeowner opportunities daily through door-to-door canvassing and networking
• Identify storm-related damage and retail renovation opportunities
• Conduct exterior property inspections, including ladder use and roof walking
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Secure signed Contingency Agreements and Installation Agreements
• Present retail remodeling solutions across multiple service categories
• Create estimates, present pricing, and close renovation contracts
• Manage client communication from consultation through agreement
• Enter all activity, notes, and contracts into CRM systems
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership and Production for smooth project transitions
• Follow up post-project to generate reviews, referrals, and repeat business

• $700 advance per signed Installation Agreement
• 5-7% Commission paid on total approved insurance claim value
• Tiered commission increases based on monthly performance
• 10% commission on approved upgrades

• 8-12% Commission on self-generated retail sales
• Slightly reduced commission on company-provided appointments
• Tiered commission increases based on monthly performance

$8,000 to $15,000+ based on activity and performance

• 3+ years of B2C sales experience required
• Experience in home improvement or construction sales preferred
• Proven ability to self-generate and close deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
