Salary Range: $50,000–$90,000
An innovative medical technology company advancing powered prosthetic solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support growth across the U.S. market. This role focuses on qualifying leads, supporting field sales, and driving meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals. You’ll serve as a critical link between marketing and outside sales, ensuring high-quality opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and warm outbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries
- Qualify opportunities by understanding clinician needs, practice types, and patient fit
- Assess readiness for field sales engagement
- Schedule meetings and coordinate product demos for outside sales representatives
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and visibility in Salesforce
- Proactively engage high-potential accounts within the practitioner database
- Generate new conversations with clinics demonstrating interest or volume potential
- Respond to basic clinician inquiries regarding products, ordering processes, and next steps
- Route complex clinical or technical questions to appropriate internal teams
- Track all customer interactions in Salesforce
- Support lead scoring and prioritization
- Provide insights on lead quality, engagement trends, and conversion opportunities
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to improve lead follow-up strategies and customer experience
- 2+ years of inside sales, sales development, or related experience
- Experience engaging healthcare professionals or B2B customers in a consultative sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or orthotics & prosthetics
- Experience supporting or collaborating with field sales teams
- Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks and sales enablement processes
