Job Summary
As a Junior Financial Sales Associate, or what we refer to on our team internally as a Client Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front-end sales process by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will include handling prospect inquiries via phone, providing resolutions, maintaining consistent communication, and advocating for prospects and clients throughout their journey with our firm.

Job Responsibilities- Schedule qualified prospects who show up to first appointments.
- Pursue unscheduled qualified leads in a timely manner.
- Recapture prospects who drop off the calendar to maintain engagement.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM database, tracking prospects throughout the sales process.
- Provide consistent communication with clients and prospective clients to enhance their experience.
- Support sales efforts through calendar management, data entry, and event coordination.
- Assist with ad hoc sales-related tasks, event planning, and administrative duties as needed.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing or sales role with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly investment management, annuities, and life insurance, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate professional interactions with clients, advisors, and third parties.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential client information.
Full-time
