We’re seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to help drive our mission and support community initiatives. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real impact.

• Coordinate projects, programs, and community events
• Communicate with members, volunteers, partners, and vendors
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing initiatives
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress
• Support leadership with operational and administrative tasks
• Help prepare grant proposals and manage reporting
• Engage with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders
• Meet with customers, clients, and partners to build relationships

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in project coordination, event management, or nonprofit operations preferred
• Comfortable interacting with donors, sponsors, and community leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
