As a Store Sales Manager, you will lead your clinic to success by combining strategic oversight with hands-on sales contributions. You’ll ensure smooth clinic operations, foster a collaborative team environment, and set the standard for excellence in patient care. Compensation

• Lead by example, contributing to individual sales while coaching Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to achieve their goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Oversee daily scheduling, ensuring the clinic is busy while maintaining proper breaks for staff and delivering a seamless patient experience.
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics, ensuring a premium experience from consultation to treatment.
• Track CRM initiatives, focusing on cross-sell, upsell, and “win-back” strategies to boost clinic performance.
• Ensure the clinic operates under Laser Away’s brand standards, including maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and ensuring staff adheres to dress codes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, fostering a positive work environment while managing performance expectations.
• Manage medical inventory, supplies, and the maintenance of aesthetic equipment to ensure seamless clinic operations.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to position Laser Away as a key community member.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors and Operations teams to align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals.
• Lead with compassion and professionalism, encouraging a motivated, unified team working toward shared objectives.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
