Salary: Up to $250,000 base, depending on experience

This role is built for a senior design professional who wants true ownership—someone who can lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive project performance, and influence how complex infrastructure programs are designed, executed, and delivered.

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams through preconstruction, design, and hand-off phases for large-scale data center projects
• Ensure project performance, schedules, budgets, and team accountability across programs
• Develop, implement, and maintain design management processes, standards, and best practices
• Coordinate with operations, construction, and project leadership to ensure seamless execution and delivery
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, setting a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Track, report, and improve project metrics, identifying variances and implementing solutions

• 12+ years of progressive experience managing design programs, preferably in data centers or large infrastructure projects
• 5+ years leading design teams with direct reports and multi-disciplinary collaboration
• Strong background in project management, scheduling, and budget oversight
• Ability to navigate regulatory authorities and work effectively with external stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills
• Hands-on understanding of design processes, software tools (MS Project, Smartsheets, AutoCAD), and program delivery methods
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency
