• Ensure compliance with safety policies, regulations, and client worksite requirements.
• Promote core values and create a family‑centric safety culture.
• Support field and corporate staff with technical safety guidance and training.
• Conduct process hazard analyses, root‑cause investigations, and site audits.
• Develop and deliver safety communications and training programs.
• Maintain hazard communication program and injury/illness reporting.
• Travel as required to project sites.

• High school diploma (associate degree preferred).
• OSHA 510 certification.
• 2–3 years in safety field (inspections, incident investigations, etc.).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project‑management tools.
• Ability to train, collaborate, and work independently.

Primarily indoor office and construction sites. Duties include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders to 20 feet, and operating equipment such as scissor lifts. Requires flexibility for tight spaces and occasional travel.
