We are currently hiring Field Supervisors to support long-term, high-profile projects in the Ashburn, VA area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for experienced field leaders who can successfully manage crews, maintain safety standards, and drive productivity on-site.
Location: Ashburn, VA
Pay: $38–$44/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | Sat 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities- Supervise daily on-site operations
- Manage multiple crews and leads
- Enforce OSHA and site safety standards
- Coordinate labor, materials, and schedules
- Communicate with project managers and field teams
- OSHA 10
- 5+ years progressive field leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple crews
- Strong attendance and reliable work history
- Electrical, low-voltage, or telecom background
- Long-term, steady work
- Competitive hourly pay

- Contract to Hire role, with opportunity to convert in 6 months
