Overview
Loudoun Water, a public utility that provides water and wastewater service to customers in Loudoun County, has an immediate opening in the Facilities Maintenance department. This position will primarily report to the Ashburn location.
Responsibilities- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including floors, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Conduct daily outdoor work such as flower care, exterior window cleaning, and pressure washing.
- Other typical commercial exterior maintenance functions as assigned.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work overtime as required to carry out job responsibilities and duties.
- Ability to work outdoors in all environments for extended periods of time.
