Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $23/hour

M-F Core business hours - 8-5p

** What's the Job?*
* + Prepare, stage, set up, and perform  
** startups and shutdowns of IT equipment** , following specific instructions and safety protocols.

+ Conduct  
** post-execution quality checks
** to ensure proper grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling.

+ Diagnose and  
** troubleshoot hardware issues** , quickly identifying causes and performing  
** break-fix repairs
** on faulty components.

+  
** Decommission hardware
** for system refreshes, including  
** memory upgrades and OS rebuilds** .

+ Monitor systems for  
** equipment failures or errors
** and respond to program error messages effectively.

** What's Needed?*
* +  
** Computer Science majors
** OR  
** CompTIA A+ or Server+ certifications** .

+  
** Experience as a Data Center Technician** , with  
** hardware break-fix responsibilities** .

+  
** Previous experience with Geek Squad computer repair or similar computer repair technician roles** .

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

+ Knowledge of  
** computer hardware, servers, and components** .

+ 1 year of experience supporting  
** IT equipment
** or related technology.

+ Basic understanding of  
** Microsoft Office applications**  (Outlook, Excel, Word).

+ Flexibility to work  
** non-standard business hours** , including weekends and/or holidays.
