SOSi is seeking highly qualified Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to support a DHS enterprise cybersecurity program providing 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services. These roles deliver leadership, operational oversight, and technical expertise across cyber defense, incident response, intelligence, engineering, and modernization activities.
Leads 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC) watch floor activities; ensures continuous monitoring, timely incident response, and operational excellence across enterprise cyber defense functions.
Responsibilities- Direct Tier 1–3 SOC operations, including shift management, incident escalation, and performance oversight.
- Monitor SOC metrics and service levels; implement process improvements to enhance detection and response effectiveness.
- Coordinate with engineering, threat intelligence, and incident response teams to ensure integrated cyber defense operations.
- Oversee watch floor staffing, training, and readiness to support DHS mission tempo.
- Provide operational reporting and briefings to government stakeholders.
Experience: 8+ years leading 24×7 SOC or cyber operations teams in enterprise environments.
Tools: SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, EDR, ticketing/case management, and SOC performance dashboards.
Certifications: CISSP, GSOC, CISM or equivalent preferred.
Clearance: TS, SCI-eligible.
- Work hybrid/on-site as required.
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in CONUS locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
