About the RoleTelos is seeking an experienced Federal Account Manager to lead growth across U.S. Army accounts for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This is a high‑impact role selling mission‑critical software that directly improves cyber readiness, compliance outcomes, and operational resilience for one of the world’s most complex organizations.

What You’ll Do- Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. Army accounts, from program offices to enterprise stakeholders
- Drive new business for Telos GRC solutions
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
- Articulate clear, quantifiable ROI tied to compliance efficiency, risk reduction, and mission readiness
- Position AI‑enabled capabilities in a practical, trust‑building way
- Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and delivery teams
- Build strong relationships with Army decision‑makers, influencers, and partners
- Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and execute against revenue targets
- Consistent attainment of annual quota
- Strong executive relationships across Army organizations
- Deals built on validated customer pain and measurable outcomes
- Customers who expand because the solution delivers what was promised
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of enterprise or federal software sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling to the U.S. Army or DoD
- Experience navigating complex procurement and contracting environments
