Network Infrastructure Engineer (Dev Ops)

We’re seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer to help design and operate the systems behind our AI-powered platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining the physical and cloud infrastructure that keeps our environment scalable, secure, and high performing. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deploy and support data center infrastructure that directly drives platform reliability and efficiency at scale.

The company is located in Ashburn, VA and will be a hybrid model.

• Design, configure, and deploy networks, servers, firewalls, switches, and supporting systems
• Manage server virtualization and troubleshoot application-level infrastructure issues
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet business requirements for scale, security, and performance

• Maintain servers, networks, and core systems to ensure high availability
• Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure-related incidents

• Configure and manage network components including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and security
• Partner with engineering teams to embed Dev Ops and automation best practices
• Maintain secure, compliant environments aligned with industry standards

• Hands-on experience with network design and physical infrastructure operations
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, and server connectivity
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking and security automation
• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Analytical mindset with a focus on automation, performance tuning, and reliability
