About Our PropertyWorkplace Hospitality Services brings the best aspects of hospitality into a corporate workplace environment. We are ambassadors of culture and provide industry-leading hospitality services to office workers across our properties, helping their workday run seamlessly. Covering over 15 million square feet of space, we support daily office reservations, supply needs, and provide expertise on building and local amenities, as well as world-class event planning services.
Our Workplace Hospitality Coordinators are experts in event execution, systems administration, customer service, and more. We make a difference by creating moments that matter and paving the way for an exceptional day. We support the clients, so they can support the business.
- Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
- Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
- Promote and sell special hotel programs
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
- Assist other departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A strong desire to make an impact on other people
- An outgoing and engaging personality
- Advanced knowledge of the local area
- Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
