Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

• Location: Will be based primarily located in Ashburn but may be required to provide coverage in area centers, as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers.

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial work experience—ideally in patient-facing or customer service roles. A stable and consistent work history is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in psychology or any human services related major; AND at least one combined year of work or internship experience, required. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced
  
  MD preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required. Strong grasp of appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
• Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.
