Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

- Location: Will be based primarily located in Ashburn but may be required to provide coverage in area centers, as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers.
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial work experience—ideally in patient-facing or customer service roles. A stable and consistent work history is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in psychology or any human services related major; AND at least one combined year of work or internship experience, required. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience.
- Technical & Clinical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced
MD preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required. Strong grasp of appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). - Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.
