BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Northern Virginia - Loudoun West)
Golden Hartz ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a skilled BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Ashburn, VA. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting our clinical team members, ensuring high-quality services for our clients. - Oversee and manage a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality services.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
- Provide ongoing supervision and consultation to BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring competence in assessment, intervention, and data collection.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for client care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and staff training.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
