The NOW Massage, a premier massage boutique, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Massage Therapists to join our team in Ashburn, VA. In the 5+ years we've been open, The NOW offers our guests a space to escape the daily pressures of life and recharge their energy and spirit through the healing benefits of massage therapy.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays. Availability for at least one PM and one-weekend shift. The NOW Massage is open 7 days a week from 9:00am to 8:00pm.

• Massage therapists make $50 to $65 per hour.
• Full time therapists get a guaranteed hourly rate of $14 / hour in or out of session.

• Massage Therapist s average 5 massage hours on a 6 hour shift.

• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities.
• Knowledge of Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports & stretching techniques. prenatal & energy work a plus!
• Excellent guest service skills, dedicated professional, motivated and positive attitude.
• Maintain service room to standards.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy.

• Must be a licensed massage therapist in the state of Virginia. Must maintain valid license throughout employment, if hired.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
