AID Performance Physical Therapy | Ashburn, VA
Salary: $76,000–$100,000 + bonus potential | Full-time

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants strong mentorship, excellent training, and a supportive culture focused on high-quality patient care.

  • Participate in mentorship, training, and ongoing clinic development

  • Grow toward increased responsibility over time based on performance

Requirements
  • Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)

  • Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available)

  • New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $76,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Bonus potential (individual + clinic goals)

  • Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience)

  • Health benefits eligible after 30 days

  • PTO eligible after 90 days: starts at 80 hours, increases with tenure

    Education:

    $1,000/year + up to 3 paid CE days
