The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient care, including adherence to case management principles, assessment, care plan development, scheduling, administering therapy, evaluating care, and supervising non-professionals in a home care setting. The role aims to positively impact clinical outcomes, patient care goals, resource utilization, and patient satisfaction.

• OT License in Virginia
• Prior Home Care experience or strong clinical background
• EMR Experience (Kinsser preferred), efficient documentation skills
• Covid Vaccinated
• Negative PPD
• Updated BLS
