Stylist responsibilities include delivering the signature Drybar experience and maintaining high standards of guest service.

• Welcome every guest with a smile, warmth, and Drybar charm
• Listen actively during consultations and recommend the perfect blowout for each mood, moment, extension, mane or bow
• Create flawless styles with consistent results, keeping the Drybar standard front and center
• Respect each client’s vibe — from chatty convos to peaceful me-time

• Execute Drybar’s blowouts and signature looks with precision and creativity
• Care for tools like a second set of hands — clean, sanitized, and ready
• Stay curious and keep challenging yourself; growth with the brand

• Educate clients on Drybar product line with authenticity and excitement
• Recommend retail that fits hair goals—not just trends
• Assess and understand the client community to adapt
• Help the shop meet monthly retail goals by offering insights guests want

• You hold a valid in-state cosmetology license for the state you work in

• You’ve got that warm, welcoming energy that keeps guests coming back

• You know how to communicate with kindness, clarity, and a splash of sass

• You’re a collaboration queen (or king) and love working with a close-knit team
