Overview

CAI Mission Critical is seeking a Data Center Cx PM to manage project teams at client sites, inspect, test, and troubleshoot data center and building commissioning facilities. The role requires electrical and/or mechanical commissioning experience and will serve as the point of contact with client personnel and regional management.

Base Pay Range

$128,300 – $150,800 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead commissioning activities for large data center projects (minimum 4 megawatts).
  • Develop and maintain commissioning plans, test scripts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate change orders and produce comprehensive summary reports.
  • Manage multi‑disciplinary teams and oversee full commissioning responsibility.
Requirements
  • BS in electrical, mechanical, or engineering field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ years of commissioning and qualification experience in the data center industry.
  • Strong construction industry background (vessel management, client liaison, subcontractor coordination).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident without the need for sponsorship.
