Mission Critical Construction Project Manager; Hyperscale Data Center

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience in skilled trades.
• Ability to travel 50% to customer sites.
• Experience with mission-critical electrical & mechanical power distribution systems (generators, switch gear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches like ATS/STS).
• At least five years in MEP or electrical power design, construction, or maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems. Hyperscale Data Center experience is preferred.
• Understanding of mission-critical electrical power and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a positive, collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining confidentiality.

• Supervise up to 5 team members, providing feedback and support.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members, ensuring policy compliance.
• Identify and address training needs collaboratively.
