Job Description: The Sr Associate, Systems Integration Engineer will execute hardware and software integration, system characterization, and troubleshooting during verification and validation of complex systems. This role involves collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to support the Agile Development Group’s development of next-generation technologies for Unmanned Air Systems, radar systems, weapon systems, and RF sensor technologies.

• Hands‑on system integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems.
• Perform design verification testing efforts including lab, chamber, ground, and flight test.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and develop mitigation strategies for system issues at the assembly and sub‑assembly levels.
• Maintain test equipment.
• Work with teammates to resolve parts vendor issues.
• Learn and contribute during design, develop, build, integration, test, verification, and validation cycles.
• Ensure deliverables comply with requirements.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary (mechanical, electrical, software, specialty engineering) teams.
• Assist with simulation development and analysis to predict system performance in various environments.
• Analyze data from design verification test efforts; track technical performance results.
• Author test plans/procedures, non‑conformance reports, requirements, and other system engineering CDRLs.
• Contribute to trade studies.
• Use Agile PLM, Sunflower, Windchill.
• Maintain DoD security clearances as required.
• Lift up to 20 lbs; up to 10% travel may be required.
• Other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
  Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances as required.

• Experience in unmanned aircraft or guided weapon systems.
• Experience with and understanding of aerospace systems, especially in the development of integrated hardware/software products.
• Entry‑level experience in the design and integration of complex hardware/software systems and multiple interface trades.
• Hands‑on system integration experience, cross‑discipline engineering, verification and validation testing, and system performance characterization.
• Experience integrating payloads such as sensors or communications into air vehicles.
• Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python, or C/C++/C#.
• Experience in developing CONOPs, use cases, and requirements from customer objectives.
• Excellent people, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
