We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children, where “happy happens here” is not just a motto but a way of life.

- Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters, making learning fun.
- Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related degree (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
- Have CPR/First Aid training?
There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
