- Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to make learning fun.
- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in the daycare classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming, engaging daycare space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- High school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred).
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements for this role.
