• Perform take-offs and prepare estimates for commercial roofing projects.
• Commercial Roofing Sales.
• Generate construction drawings and develop project scopes.
• Create punch out lists and oversee project closeout processes.
• Review submittals, change orders, and requests for information.

• Experience with Plan Swift and Bluebeam software.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and bidding processes.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and develop scopes.
• Strong understanding of project controls and building information modeling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and building construction techniques.

• Experience with construction management and preconstruction activities.
• Familiarity with project management software and scope development.
