A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a
BAS Controls Construction Manager in Ashburn, VA. This role will manage BAS construction, integration, and retrofit initiatives across mission-critical and commercial facilities. The position provides competitive compensation, strong benefits, and excellent long-term advancement potential.

• Guide and oversee BAS retrofit, integration, and construction projects within mission-critical environments.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contractor performance, and project execution.
• Promote safe construction practices and ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations.
• Supervise building automation, HVAC, and facility system upgrade initiatives.
• Review plans, schematics, control diagrams, and technical construction documents.
• Coordinate project activities with engineers, vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve field issues, providing solutions to construction challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Previous experience overseeing BAS-related construction or integration projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of automation, control systems, and HVAC infrastructure.
• Effective leadership skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and internal teams.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Background working in mission-critical or data center environments is a plus.

• Base salary $110K–$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential.
