Job DescriptionVisa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the externally‑facing strategy consulting group of Visa. We draw on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, and pragmatic industry experience to develop fact‑based recommendations that improve client performance across the payment card industry, including financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, acquirers and payment processors.
The Manager, VCA Implementation Services will help grow a critical line of business that enables Visa clients to plan, manage and execute strategic business processes and programs more effectively. Representative engagements include leading a banking client through a large, multi‑year migration of commercial card clients or managing a merchant loyalty platform for a global co‑brand card issuing bank.
As a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur, you will partner across Visa client types, identify common client needs, develop offerings that leverage Visa’s capabilities and third‑party assets, price solutions, and oversee delivery to ensure that client goals are met at an executive steering‑committee level.
Responsibilities Consultative Solutions- Uncover client needs, challenges, and opportunities with respect to implementation services
- Present solutions to clients that address their needs
- Quantify the value and differentiation of the solution for clients
- Identify white‑space challenges and opportunities across client sets
- Develop bespoke and scalable products leveraging Visa assets and third‑party partners
- Identify third‑party partners who can complement and supplement solution sets
- Define the value proposition and develop sales collateral, including sales presentations and “tear sheets”
- Develop product pricing strategy to ensure product profitability
- Strong project/program management skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering flawlessly
- Strong executive presence
- Speak to technical and non‑technical aspects of solutions
- Comfortable working across the spectrum of Visa clients, from institutional banks to fintech startups
- Maintain deep understanding of the competitive environment for Visa solutions
- Leverage that understanding to shape solutions that differentiate Visa
- Demonstrate executive presence in leading conversations with clients
- Communicate across functional stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise
- Incentivize cross‑functional teamwork by aligning incentives
- Possess strong diplomacy skills and foster goodwill among different groups

This is a hybrid position. The number of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree, or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 4+ years consulting experience with a top‑tier consulting firm
- Experience managing and/or optimizing complex business processes
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to measure the financial impact to a client
