Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service lines, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a consistent experience
• Manage equipment and technology, including ordering and tracking of devices
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor relationships and badging processes
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports, measuring KPIs against service level agreements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to interpret complex instructions and work independently

• Experience with tools such as FAMIS
  360, Asana, Yardi, CoStar Real Estate Manager, Serraview, or Auto Desk
• Flexibility and openness to new ideas and procedures
