Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Billing Specialist will primarily support billing. Billing Specialist will be trained on how our client bills for their industry. This role may eventually be doing billing for products.
• Billing Specialist Role Volume – around 15 invoices/month – each bill is highly detailed and customized depending on the customer includes taxes, disclaimers, deliver fees, etc.
• Billing Specialist will fill in Excel spreadsheet with transaction date and description and then sum it up.
• Billing Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of billing experience would be ideal
• Billing Specialist will create the invoice in Peachtree, so any Peachtree experience would be a plus but is NOT required
• Solid Excel skills:
  Sum, equals, VLOOKUP’s, etc. Will put together a schedule, no advanced formulas are necessary. Pivot tables would be a plus but NOT required
