Shift: Twilight :

Monday to Friday 16:45-01;15 Pay rate: £15.23 We're looking for an experienced Line Controller to manage and motivate a team to achieve daily packing and processing targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a production team to meet output and quality targets.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Quality standards.
• Monitor line performance, minimise downtime, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management on performance, issues, and targets.
• Organise labour, manage breaks, and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Support and train team members to meet line and company requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain production flow and product quality.
• Complete KPI records and lead daily team briefings.
• Promote safe and environmentally responsible working practices. Requirements:
• Proven experience managing or supervising a production team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on results and efficiency.
