Security Officer - Visitor Check-In

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk;
Control access to the location by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary badges and/or credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs;
Answer phones, route calls, and communicate with on-site staff regarding guest arrivals, service requests, and security-related concerns in a professional manner;
Monitor the lobby area and building entry points using available systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control, and report irregular activity according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document events using required reports and notification procedures
