* * We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our esteemed law firm. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

** Responsibilities
* ** Negotiate and draft commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
* Assist clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties.
* Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
* Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
** Requirements*
* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active NJ state bar membership.
* 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated commercial real estate attorney.
* Deep understanding of transactional law.
* Strong understanding of landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
