Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hourly Rate: $73.11
Total Weekly Gross: $2,631.96
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery for a contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and ensure safe delivery experiences for patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients, collaborating with physicians to support patient care plans
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on individual patient needs
- Identify patient priorities through ongoing evaluation and assessment
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and continuous assessments
- Initiate assessments based on patient needs, provider diagnosis, and clinical standards
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions as needed
- Manage comprehensive care for assigned patients
- Ensure accurate documentation aligned with standards of care, patient acuity, and clinical priorities
- Advocate for and promote evidence-based practice and innovative care approaches
- Deliver patient-centered care consistent with professional nursing practice models
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff
