• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups efficiently.
• Process patient intake forms and maintain accurate records.
• Handle billing and insurance verification with attention to detail.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure the waiting area and reception are tidy and welcoming.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
