About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring smooth logistics. You’ll be involved in tasks such as picking, packing, assembly, cycle counting, quality assurance, and general housekeeping, with occasional support in shipping and receiving. Minimal forklift operation may be required.

• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Process, pack, and accurately ship customer orders.
• Handle parcel shipping and related functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment upkeep.
• Safely move pallets using a pallet jack (occasional forklift use).
• Assist with daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Monitor quality indicators and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve objectives.
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be available for overtime as business needs dictate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of Reach Truck operating experience (Reach Truck experience is required)
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong attendance record (tardiness will not be tolerated)
• Energetic, reliable, and genuinely interested in the role
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude
