• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team in completing tasks and maintaining teamwork.
• Adhere to AEO policies, procedures, and integrity standards.

• Energetic people person with passion for fashion.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
