** Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated
** Occupational Therapist (OT)
** to evaluate, treat, and support residents in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life.
*
* Key Responsibilities:
*** Evaluate residents and develop customized treatment plans
* Deliver hands-on OT care per physician orders
* Supervise and mentor COTAs and aides
* Document progress and participate in team care planning
* Support discharge planning with training and equipment recommendations
** Requirements:
*** Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
* Current CA OT license
* CPR certified
* SNF/rehab experience preferred
