** to join our dedicated rehab team. Located just outside Bakersfield in Arvin, CA, our facility provides high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.###

* About the Role:

** As a PTA, you will work hands-on with patients to implement physical therapy plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists. You’ll play a key role in helping patients recover from illness, surgery, or injury, promoting mobility, function, and quality of life.###

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
* Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
