(Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled .NET Developer (Mid-Level) to support a federal customer in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will contribute to the development and sustainment of a large, mission-critical .NET application used in national security operations. Your work will directly enhance data integrity, system reliability, and user experience across a secure, high-availability environment.

What You'll Do As a .NET Developer, you will:
* Develop and maintain complex C#/ASP.NET applications supporting national security systems
* Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation across multiple data sources
* Design and implement user interfaces, reporting queries, and visualizations
* Build and enhance mobile and web-based application components
* Support end-to-end CI/CD processes
* Integrate data from multiple sources and address duplication or data quality concerns
* Utilize .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Entity Framework in daily development activities
* Develop both client-side and server-side application features
* Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles
* Contribute to the development of Web APIs
* Use Git Lab for source control and versioning
* Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges with precision and attention to detail Schedule & Shift Details
* Full-time (40 hours/week)
* Onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
* Standard business hours; occasional flexibility may be required Requirements
* U.S. Citizenship required
* Active DoD Secret Clearance required
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in C#/ASP.NET software development on complex technical systems
* Hands-on experience with:
* Data analysis and reconciliation
* Multi-source data integration and deduplication
* Query development and reporting
* User interface design and development * .NET Framework and .NET Core
* SQL Server and Entity Framework
* Visual Studio 2019+
* Client-side and server-side development
* Object-oriented analysis and design
* Git Lab source control
* Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting large-scale federal IT programs
* Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework
