K&H Painting Pros is growing, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.
We're a locally owned exterior and interior painting contractor serving Denver and the Front Range. We've built our reputation on doing things the right way, and we're bringing that same standard to how we build our sales team.
We're hiring 4-6 Outside Sales Reps to join us in March. Before you're in the field, every new rep goes through virtual sales training, a proven in-home sales methodology we pay for. You keep the skills regardless of how long you're with us. We also pay a $1,000 training stipend once you complete training and your first 30 days in the role.
THE ROLE
You generate your own leads by knocking on doors in residential neighborhoods. You run your own appointments. You close your own deals - same visit, same conversation. No desk. No cold calling. No handing leads off to someone else.
WHAT YOU EARN
- 10% commission on every job you close.
- At an average job size of $5,000, closing 6 jobs/month = $3,000. Closing 10 = $5,000. No cap.
- OTE: $3,000 – $6,000+/month for consistent performers.
TRAINING & START DATE
- Training runs on the 2nd Monday of each month. Our next cohort is on March 9th.
- If you want to be in the field by mid-March, let’s talk this week.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need paint or sales experience. You do need:
→ Genuine comfort starting conversations with strangers
→ Toughness:
Most doors won't open, and that's fine
→ Self-direction:
No set hours means you are accountable for setting your own schedule
→ Coachability:
We're training you on a specific system, follow it
→ A real belief that commission-only is an opportunity, not a risk
DETAILS
→ W-2 outside sales
→ Denver metro territories
→ 10% commission, no base
→ $1,000 training stipend (paid after 30 days in role)
→ Sales training paid by us, 2nd Monday of each month
→ 30/60/90-day performance checkpoints
→ 4-6 open positions for the March cohort
