Responsibilities
  • Generate sales from inbound calls, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Promote bundled products and articulate the benefits of services to small and mid-size businesses
  • Manage customer relationships from initial call through to closing the sale
  • Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on a daily basis
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent the employer in a professional manner
Qualifications
  • Minimum educational requirement:
    High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Must be highly organized and adaptable to change
  • Basic understanding of Excel and experience with CRM pipeline management strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mobile sales or advanced voice technology
  • Familiarity with fiber optic services and products
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills related to telecommunications
  • Proven ability to manage longer sales cycles effectively
